Charter type: Southern Coast Offshore

A rugged part of Tasmania's coastline, Pedra Branca is a small island 26km offshore from South East Cape. Pedra's location on the lower southern coast makes it a hot spot for large bluefin tuna, with fish well over 100kg landed every year. It is also a great place for catching a feed of striped trumpeter bottom fishing, as well as crayfish in day-shot craypots.

Charters can be arranged to leave from Southport or Cockle Creek. It is advised that when booking a trip to the south coast, keep a few days either side of your booking free as dates may have to be changed depending on weather.
